    又开始游泳了!

         其实一直都在游,但是没有老师指导。星期六的时候无意中听到北京体育大学游泳馆也办游泳班,就报了名。
    第二天晚上6:30 开始游,游到了闭馆,感觉超级爽。那天纠正了我自由泳手的入水,我之前都是在身体中线入水的,其实应该在肩的延长线上。还有,张老师说我划手太浅了,肘出水面不够高,动作也不够放松。那天我尝试着押肩,但是我肺活量太小了,在水下憋不住气,很多时候都是注意呼吸了,还没来得及考虑押肩,抬肘的事,就要急着换气了!!
         不过,毕竟是第一节课嘛,有的东西还是要慢慢体会,慢慢练的。
         星期天游完以后,肩膀有点酸,可能是准备活动没有做到位。 下次一定要先把肌肉放松了,特别是肩部肌肉,再下水! 下次也要多体会一下押肩,抬肘! 其实自由泳动作用力的地方就是在最后的推水,我整个都游得太僵了!
     
        今天晚上去蹭课了,那个班的人真的很少。以后时间安排好点7:50 开始上课 9:10 有水,完全可以去游。今天本来想去巩固一下那天学的 在肩延长线入水的动作,还有两边吸气技术的,结果觉得自己完全没有体力了,游25m 就要停一下喘气。这样不会有效的,记得一位游泳老师说的联系的技巧“有力的时候省着游,没力气的时候坚持游”,像我今天这样25一停没什么意义!
     
         下次游应该是星期六了!这几天好好准备专四,要好好的展示一把自己的能力,妈的,这样忍着让着太他妈的累了!!然后就是恢复好体力,做好背部的放松练习。记得星期六做好准备运动!!
